Yale Club of London

Dear Fellow Alumni,

Greetings and welcome to a new year of activities with the Yale Club of London. As you can see in the enclosed events listing, we have a full schedule of events this autumn and I hope you will be able to come out to one or more of them to enjoy the company of your fellow alumni, as well as to help recruit the Yale students of the future.
 
This club is run by its members, for its members. We have very little assistance from mother Yale. All the events you see here, as well as many others to come, are organized by a small number of committed volunteers. We would like to do much more, but need your assistance to help recruit speakers for dinner events, organize bar nights, and generate new ideas for social activities to bring Yalies together. The more volunteers who become active, the more we can all do for the Yale community in the UK. Please contact us if you are able to help out, even in a limited way.
 
We will continue to strive to make the club more efficient and to offer greater value to our members. Here are a few contact points:

  • To volunteer for interviewing and recruitment contact Richard Burston at asc@yale.org.uk
  • To get involved with younger alumni events contact juniors@yale.org.uk. We have a particular need for new volunteers to help organize young-alumni events now that two of those who’ve done so in recent years have returned to the U.S. For all other issues please contact me directly.
