About the Event:

Young Alum Zoë Gorman '13 has come up with a fab new event for the YCL: Boulders and Beers is a chance to try rock climbing in a safe, fun environment with fellow Yalies and members of the London Mountaineering Club to keep you company and give you tips.

Climbing will be followed by the legendary Bermondsey Beer Mile. For one day every week, the microbreweries of Bermondsey open their doors and invite Londoners to come sample select, craft batches. We will be brewery hopping along the mile after a quick stop at a homemade ice cream shop along the way!

This is Zoë's first event for the YCL, so come along and help make it a success.

- Bouldering at the Arch Building One 10:30-1 pm

- Bermondsey Beer Mile 1-5pm

Budget 15 pounds for the Boulders part and as much as you can handle for the Beers part.

A prize for the new climber who manages to send the most routes of different colours and for anyone who can

manage a half pint at all of the breweries. (Pro tip: bring a sandwich and a water bottle.)
