The AYA Assembly is the annual New Haven gathering of delegates who represent various groups of the alumni community. The Yale Club of London is considering appointing a delegate, who would serve a three-year term. Each assembly follows a theme, such as graduate education or volunteering, with information sessions, discussions and workshops. Delegates attend the annual Yale Medal dinner, during which outstanding service to the university is recognized, and the final singing and handkerchief-waving of ‘Bright College Years’ is as nostalgic as anyone could wish. This year’s assembly will be 21-23 November.
